Discover the benefits of Yoga in a supportive and calming environment with Roma who is certified Hatha Yoga teacher. This program focuses on alignment, flexibility, stretching, and relaxation to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Each session includes a series of gentle yet effective poses designed to build strength and balance, followed by a short meditation and calming techniques to quiet your thoughts.
