The Power of Breath and Meditation
The Breath and Meditation program offers powerful breathing techniques and relaxing meditations. Breath and meditation are the key to a calm and collective state of mind. These practices improve concentration, clarity of perception, provide a boost of energy, relaxation and rejuvenation. Participants feel calm, peaceful, energized and uplifted. Yoga mats not required.
This program is led by certified instructors of the Art of Living Foundation.
The programs are on the second Tuesday of the month.
