Chair Yoga

Join us for a refreshing and accessible Chair Yoga session. This class offers a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. You’ll move through a series of seated and supported postures that focus on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation.
