“New Beginnings: A Re-Emergence”

The Plainsboro Artists’ Group presents our November 2021 gallery installation.

Work by members of the library-based Plainsboro Artists’ Group will hang in the Plainsboro Public library gallery from November 1 thru November 27.

Entitled “New Beginnings: A Re-Emergence,” the exhibition includes new work composed of various media. Thirteen artists have entered.

As the world slowly recovers amidst the introduction of vaccines and allows for more connection amid the Covid pandemic, we invited our artists to explore the concepts of re-emergence from challenging times into hopeful and new beginnings. Please join us for our first in-person Plainsboro Art Group exhibit since the advent of the 2020 Covid pandemic. The exhibit includes drawing, painting, mixed media, assemblage, and sculpture.

Exhibiting Artists: Leena S. Bagawde, Mousumi Banerjee, Nikita Choksi, Terrance Cummings, Stephanie Ding, Sruthi Goswamy, Nelly Kouzmina, Art Lee, Sweety Mehta, Sandhya Modi, Anandi Ramanathan, Elaine Rosenberg, and Chanika Svetvilas.

The Plainsboro Public Library hosts the Plainsboro Art Group, made up of artists who meet on the first Tuesdays of every month at 6:30pm (currently via Zoom) to connect and share their work and ideas share resources and seek advice from each other. The group has remained an active and important part of Plainsboro and the surrounding community, with exhibitions and events that unite the community. The group welcomes all artists of varying levels and mediums to our meetings and events to foster a safe space for sharing.
