Annette Newmark creates dramatic, detailed images inspired by nature using watercolors, pastels, ink, and pen – but mostly watercolors.
She says simply, “I’m in my 100th year of life. My love of painting has never been greater, my enthusiasm even stronger. My ideas come from travelling and my love of nature all around us. In my 60’s I entered a painting contest in New York state and won 1st prize. I was hooked! I dance with my brush and sing with my colors.”
