Artist Roberta Neutuch showcases her art, “Precious Memories,” at The Plainsboro Library
Roberta Neutuch will be showcasing “Precious Memories,” a collection of her artwork, at The Gallery at The Plainsboro Free Public Library for July-August 2023.
Roberta has always felt a deep connection to art and cherished drawing since childhood. Her prized possessions were her crayons. However, she pursued a logical path in college, studying business, which led to a career in advertising for newspapers and medical journals. Despite being advised to reserve art for pure enjoyment, Roberta followed her passion and embraced painting wholeheartedly.
Roberta enjoys working with various mediums, including pencil, charcoal, pastel, and particularly favors oils. Her paintings are derived from her own photographs, creating a strong emotional bond with each piece. Each painting serves as a reflection of cherished memories from her travels with her husband, whether it’s exploring Europe, their own country, or simply enjoying a day in New York.
Her artwork has been exhibited in prestigious venues such as the Monroe Township Library, Farnsworth Gallery in Bordentown, Mile Square Frame in Hoboken, Straube Gallery in Pennington, Fiddleheads in Monroe Township, Suburban Artists Guild in East Brunswick, and Gourgaud Gallery in Cranbury. Additionally, Roberta has participated in juried art shows, including The Gallery at Thompson Park in Holmdel (current exhibit), Monroe Township Cultural Art Commission, South Brunswick Arts Commission, and the Wall Worthy Art Show at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital/Lakefront Gallery in Hamilton.
When she’s not painting, Roberta finds joy in being involved in her Monroe Township community, engaging with charitable organizations, and spending quality time with her family.
