Adopt A Book

Help Our Collection Take Flight! 🦋📚
Plainsboro Library’s Adopt-a-Book Program is a special way for community members to support literacy, learning, and access to knowledge. Your donation helps us expand and maintain our collection, ensuring that readers of all ages can discover new stories, explore fresh ideas, and fuel their curiosity.
When you adopt a book, you can choose to honor a loved one, celebrate a milestone, or simply share your love of reading with others. Your generosity will be recognized with a personalized bookplate inside the adopted book, leaving a lasting impact on our library community.
By adopting a book, you help our collection grow and provide resources that inspire, educate, and entertain. Join us in nurturing knowledge—one book at a time!
How It Works
-
Choose Your Adoption Tier: Select from different levels, from a single book, or five, or a launchpad, to a full shelf. You may also list up to 5 specific book(s)/launchpad(s) you’d like to adopt in the notes section, or leave it blank and let us choose. We will do our best to honor your item requests, though exact placements are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
-
Optional: Make Your Dedication: You may also dedicate your donation in honor or in memory of someone.
-
Support the Library: Your donation directly funds the purchase of books, technology, and preservation efforts.
-
See Your Impact: Your adopted book (or books) will become a part of our collection, available for the whole community to enjoy.
