SEPTEMBER SHOW at PLAINSBORO LIBRARY TO FOCUS on the EYE
An exhibition devoted entirely to eyes — entitled “Depths” — will open on Thursday, September 1, at the Plainsboro Public Library gallery.
Two local artists, Sweety Mehta and Sruthi Goswamy, will show graphite pencil sketches of the eye’s myriad shapes and sizes. While most of the focus is on the human eye, there is also, for example, an owl’s eye. Some of the 32 works in the show will include colored pencil highlights. All sketches are the same size, 11″x 14″.
On September 10, at 1p, both artists will speak about their work. The show will remain at the library through Sunday, September 25.
