Yoga & Pilates Fusion: Strength, Balance, and Breath

This dynamic class blends the mindful movement of Hatha Yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Mat Pilates to create a well-rounded practice that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Each session begins with grounding breathwork and gentle Hatha yoga postures to open the body and calm the mind. As the practice deepens, we transition into targeted Pilates sequences focused on core stability, spinal alignment, and muscular endurance. The class ends with restorative yoga poses and guided relaxation to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and re-energized.
