The Breath and Meditation program offers light yoga, powerful breathing techniques and relaxing meditations. Breath and meditation are the key to a calm and collective state of mind. These practices improve concentration, clarity of perception, provide a boost of energy, relaxation and rejuvenation. Participants feel calm, peaceful, energized and uplifted.
