First, test your lung capacity by blowing up a balloon and comparing results with others – we’ll discuss what affects lung size and its impact on daily life. Next, simulate a heart pump using a water bottle and straws to understand how blood circulates. Finally, measure your reflexes with a ruler drop test and learn about their importance.
