South Asian Mental Health – Suicide Prevention

On September 10, World Suicide Prevention Day, join us at Plainsboro Public Library for an engaging workshop dedicated to raising awareness and fostering hope within the South Asian and other communities. We will dispel common myths about suicide, share practical tips for prevention, and highlight the perspectives of suicide loss survivors. The program will feature a short, powerful video of lived experience, offering a personal and heartfelt view into the journey of loss and resilience. Participants will also receive information on local and national resources to support individuals and families affected by suicide.

You do not have to say anything. Just come and listen, if  you want.
