Soccer Robotics Introduction and Presentation

Join the Princeton Soccer Robotics Team for live robotic demonstrations, small group activities, and presentation on what Soccer Robotics encompasses and how to participate in a group in your area.

Princeton Soccer Robotics, as an organization, provides opportunities to students in the Middlesex and Mercer County regions to explore their love for STEM. We actively participate in Robocup, a globally recognized STEM education initiative spanning more than 110 countries, with a collective participation of over 4000 teams. Our primary focus revolves around the conception, construction, and programming of robotic systems, thereby affording us valuable exposure to the multidisciplinary domains of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and business management. Consequently, our commitment extends to furnishing educational opportunities in the realm of STEM, with a specific emphasis on robotics, for the younger generation.

Princeton Soccer Robotics, denoted as PSR, boasts an extensive membership base of over 50 individuals drawn from three distinct school districts, organized into eight teams. Each of these teams annually engages in the Robocup Junior USA competition. Over the past six years, our organization has remarkably secured qualification for the Robocup World Championship on five occasions. In the recently concluded 2022-2023 season, we actively participated in and garnered numerous accolades and distinctions, both at local maker faires and on the international stage. Particularly noteworthy is our second-place triumph at the esteemed Robocup Worldwide event, held in Bordeaux, France, where we had the honor of representing the United States.
