CANCELED – Sketching Club
2nd Tuesday of each month, 6:30-8:00pm
2nd Floor History Room
Join Tatiana Sougakova in the library’s History Room on the second Tuesday of each month to sketch, share work, tips, ideas and resources! All levels are welcome, from beginners to professionals. For ages 15+. (No registration required, but seats are limited.)
Please note that this is not so much a club focused on instruction as a support group for people interested in sketching independently alongside each other, so we can encourage and inspire each other to improve at our own pace.
What to bring:
- A small object or a printed reference you would like to sketch (or use one from a library book).
- Sketching supplies: paper, pencils and erasers. You do not need anything special – scrap paper and #2 pencils would work just fine, as skills are more important than fancy and expensive supplies.
