This month we look at Wills and Trusts, especially Trusts. Attorney (and former judge) Paul Daniele takes a dive into, among other things:

• Revocable Living Trusts with no Asset Protection
• Revocable Living Trusts with Asset Protection for Beneficiaries
• Revocable Living Trusts with Immediate Beneficiaries

The goal is to protect your family members, heirs, and others. Mr. Daniele will also touch on Power of Attorney, Living Wills, and Last Will and Testaments.

The Plainsboro Library Make-My-Money-Work-Harder Group is for people who are interested in learning more about investment opportunities and best practices for their personal accounts. The group invites guests to talk about subjects that are relevant to investing in stocks, bonds, real estate, crypto currency, and other assets.

We also have discussions about subjects like risk management, trusts, and resources for doing research on investments. Members are encouraged to share questions, ideas, and news/advisory articles with each other. The group meets monthly on the fourth Saturday at 2:00pm.

Meetings are held in-person in the Plainsboro Library Community Room. Registration required.
