GENTLE YOGA
To celebrate National Yoga Awareness Month in September, Penn Medicine is excited to offer classes during our first FREE Yoga Week. We can offer all types of yoga classes such as Gentle, Chair, Yin, Kids, Restorative, Flow, etc. Practicing yoga increases flexibility, builds strength, improves posture, keeps joints healthy, reduces stress and lowers blood pressure.
