OPTIONAL: Those using Tax Aide services can ask at the Information Services desk for an Intake Form, an optional form that can speed up the tax assistance process.

– All documents must be in paper format (hard copies)

– No double booking

– For joint filers, if both filers cannot be present, please call 609-429-4464

For self-filers:

Federal 1040 and 1040-SR tax forms and instruction booklets will be placed on the 1st floor of the library, behind the Info Services desk, once they arrive.

Other federal forms/instructions can be printed online at https://IRS.gov/forms, or ordered from the IRS at 1-800-829-3676 / 1-800-829-4059 (for deaf & hard of hearing TTY/TDD) to be sent by mail.

New Jersey State no longer sends tax forms to libraries; forms can be printed online HERE, or ordered from the NJ State Government at 609-292-6400.
