Plainsboro Public Library is pleased to present “Rhythms of Nature.”

Exhibition Overview

Experience the beauty of nature across time and space through the eyes of an accomplished artist and emerging young talents. Rhythms of Nature brings together seasonal landscapes, global vistas, and expressive depictions of the animal world. Through diverse perspectives and artistic approaches, the exhibition invites viewers to explore the changing rhythms of the natural world and the emotional connections they inspire.

Artist Statement

I am often deeply moved by the beauty of the world as created by God. My work centers on nature and the passage of time, with a particular focus on the evolving landscapes, seasons, and emotional atmospheres across different regions.

Working across oil painting, Chinese ink, and still life, I seek to capture the most authentic and delicate moments found in nature. I am especially drawn to expressing the vitality of spring, the fullness of summer, the warmth of autumn, and the quiet stillness of winter. Through these works, I aim not only to represent the visible forms of nature, but also to convey the emotional resonance between humanity and the natural world, as well as the poetic experience shaped by the flow of time.

This exhibition presents a focused selection of my recent works alongside those of my students. Through a range of media and perspectives, it reflects both the transformation and the enduring beauty of nature over time. I hope that, through engaging with these works, viewers may slow down, find a sense of stillness, and reconnect with the quiet strength of the natural world.
